Design Lead
Simultaneously launched across five platforms and over ten languages, Flickr 4.0 was the most ambitious and rewarding project I worked on during my time at Yahoo. It was a complete reinvention of the Flickr experience — spanning web, iOS, Android, and desktop — designed to reconnect users with their photos through a modern, unified platform.
As Design Lead, I guided the Web Design team through more than two years of intense, cross-functional collaboration. We rebuilt core experiences like Camera Roll, Albums, Photostream, Favorites, and Magic View, aligning them into a coherent, seamless system across devices. This was more than a redesign — it was a reintroduction of Flickr to the world. I’m incredibly proud of the work we delivered and the team that made it happen.
Working on this project has been immensely rewarding. We had the fortunate opportunity to transform Flickr into what you see today. I am deeply grateful and honored to have worked and learned from some of the most talented individuals I've ever encountered 🙏
